About the Game:

We’re excited to officially announce our next ASKA quest, focused on the Winter Sale period and the latest content updates.

Since launch, ASKA has received major content expansions and quality of life improvements, including Seaborne Raiders, harbours, ships, expeditions, new biomes, enemies, and deeper survival systems with even more added in the Winter update.

This activation focuses on clarity, progression, and showcasing the full experience.

Important Before You Stream

How You Can Play

Creators can choose between two setups:

  • Start a fresh save (recommended)

  • Use a beta branch access key that drops you into a late-game village

⚠️ Note: Starting in the late game comes with a much steeper learning curve when it comes to understanding core systems and processes. We only recommend this option if you’ve already spent time with ASKA before and don’t want to start a new run (required for the Seaborn raiders content).

ASKA is a much bigger and deeper game than what we usually stream. It has a steep learning curve, so we strongly recommend checking out @SerBucky’s videos beforehand they’re some of the best guides available and will save you a lot of trial and error.

ASKA is a very rewarding game once it clicks, so please take the time to learn the systems it will massively improve both your experience and your stream quality.

This Winter Sale, we’re teaming up to help new and returning Vikings discover ASKA; a mythic open world survival & colony-building game in Early Access. Together, we will:

    Introduce your community to Viking survival blended with deep colony simulation. Start a fresh journey or enter a preloaded world to explore the end game.

  • Highlight the journey
    Explore the 7+ major updates since Early Access and show how the game has evolved.

YouTube & Long-Form
Content Creation

We’re also looking for experienced long-form YouTube creators to collaborate on upcoming updates — starting with ASKA.

This is paid work, pitched case by case, and aimed at creators who already know how to make engaging long-form content (not raw footage dumps).

Baseline Quality Requirements

  • Length: ~8–15 minutes (flexible)

  • Editing:

    • Clean cuts

    • No excessive dead air

    • Clear pacing and structure

Content should:

  • Cover what’s new in the update

  • Highlight core features (aligned with the devs)

  • Include practical insights (tips, mechanics, progression, changes since launch)

  • Add value through commentary (explanation, opinion, guidance)

Higher-Tier / Premium Content (Higher Pay)

Includes elements such as:

  • Strong intro & clear structure

  • Tips & tricks / “what you should know” sections

  • Before vs after comparisons

  • Chapters / timestamps

  • Extra polish (visual callouts, overlays, light scripting)
