Q: What is StreamQuest?
A: StreamQuest is an indie platform connecting content creators with campaign holders through gamified sponsored quests. Think sponsorships, quests, and creative collabs for micro-influencers.

Q: Who can join StreamQuest?
A: Anyone! But to be eligible for campaigns, creators must have:

• 5+ average viewers

• 300+ followers

• An account older than 4 months

Q: Is StreamQuest free to use?
A: Yes. We're free to use and actively reinvest in improving the platform.

Q: Is StreamQuest safe and legit?
A: Absolutely. We're backed by industry experience and guided by clear Terms & Conditions.

Q: How is StreamQuest different from Lurkit or Keymailer?
A: We focus on:

• Lower entry requirements (5 avg viewers)

• Real payouts, not just game keys

• A gamified, EXP-based system for growth

• Human, community-led service

Q: Will I have a public profile or portfolio page?
A: Yes and no. You’ll have a dashboard with a bio, links, and stats (quests completed, EXP, tier, etc.). We only show your profile to campaign holders when relevant — not publicly. This protects your privacy and prevents spam.

Q: How will I know when new quests go live?
A: Through Discord, X (Twitter), and occasional emails. Follow @StreamQuestHQ and stay active in Discord for weekly updates.

Quests & Campaigns

Q: How do I join a quest?
A: Through your creator dashboard (link coming soon). Request a campaign key and follow the quest instructions.

Q: How are creators selected for quests?
A: Campaign holders set entry criteria (e.g. viewers/followers). If you qualify, you can request a key. StreamQuest handles approvals. Only one quest can be active at a time.

Q: Can I post my own campaign?
A: Yes! Verified campaign holders can post with our help. We assist in quest design, tier alignment, and implementation.

Q: What happens if I don’t complete a quest in time?
A: You keep the key, but lose EXP and your completion rate drops, which may impact future eligibility.

Q: Can creators collaborate on quests?
A: Yes — but rewards and progress are tracked individually. You can co-stream, but each person must submit and qualify separately.

Q: Can I cancel a quest after accepting it?
A: Yes. First cancellations trigger a 2-week cooldown. Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or reduced campaign access.

Q: Do you support multistreaming (Twitch, Kick, YouTube)?
A: Yes! You can alternate platforms between quests. Just make sure each submission meets its own criteria. Duplicate content across platforms is not accepted.

Q: What kind of content is NOT allowed?
A: All creators must be 18+ and SFW by default. No hate speech or TOS-breaking content. Mature campaigns may be opt-in later.

Payments & Currency

Q: What payment methods do you use?
A: We currently support:

• PayPal

• Wise (international)

• SEPA (EU only)

Q: Will you collect sensitive info like banking data?
A: No. Most streamers already have affiliate payout methods. We use secure, link-based systems — no direct data collection.

Q: Do you offer currency conversion?
A: Most campaigns are paid in EUR. Conversion happens automatically on your payout platform (PayPal, Wise, etc.).

Q: What if a campaign holder doesn’t pay or disappears?
A: They can’t. StreamQuest collects payment upfront and handles payouts directly. Unused budgets are refunded back to the campaign holder.

EXP & Tier System

Q: How does the tier/EXP system work?

• Bronze Tier: Entry level. Complete quests and earn 100 EXP per main quest.

• Silver Tier (450 EXP): Higher payouts, access to 2-hour paid streams, and harder quests.

Bonus EXP:

• Optional objectives like:

  • Sharing content on socials

  • Writing or recording reviews

  • Uploading VODs to YouTube

Higher tiers unlock better campaigns — but come with higher viewer goals. If you don’t meet a higher tier’s goal, payout defaults to your previous tier.

Q: Will there be rankings or leaderboards?
A: Yes. We plan to add a Top 50 Creator Leaderboard with special badges and rewards for milestone earners.

Submission & Completion

Q: What happens after I complete a quest?
A: Submit via your dashboard:

• Upload VOD link

• Screenshot of stream summary

• CSV export file from Twitch

• Any side quest links (TikTok, Twitter, etc.)

Verification takes 48 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive your payment and bonus EXP.

Q: What if someone tries to cheat or fake their stats?
A: All creators must authenticate via Twitch. We require both screenshots and CSV exports. Fraud results in immediate banning.

Campaign Holder Info

Q: How do campaign holders create and launch quests?
A: Currently, campaign holders work with our team to:

• Vet the campaign

• Align it with our tier/reward system

• Structure the quest (main + side objectives)

In future versions, we may add self-service tools — but quality and fairness are our top priority right now.
