Welcome to the Killing Things With Your Friends multiplayer playtest on StreamQuest.

We’re teaming up with Flightless to bring creators into the depths of Exogen Labs, a brutalist underground facility where survival, teamwork, and dark humour go hand in hand. In this twisted co-op experience, you and your squad will take on deadly clinical trials, fight mutant horrors, improvise with whatever body parts are still lying around, and try to make it out richer than you went in.

This playtest is all about chaotic co-op fun, stream-worthy moments, and getting fresh eyes on one of the most unhinged multiplayer games on our radar right now. If your content thrives on panic, teamwork, betrayal, and everybody yelling at once, this mission is for you.

Join the Steam playtest quest for Killing Things With Your Friends: stream 1 hour for Bronze or 2 hours for Silver, complete at least one side quest, and use the tracked Steam wishlist link everywhere you send players. About this game

You and your team awaken in a brutalist underground lab, contractually bound to medical trials you definitely read the fine print for. Work together, impress the researchers and you might leave rich. Fail and you might just become part of the next experiment. See the press kit and Steam for full details.

  • Dismemberment: your body is your arsenal — rip off parts, throw them, improvise from what’s still twitching nearby.
  • Co-op: 2–4 players — shared tactics, shared trauma, occasional shared body parts.
  • Medical trials: corporate chambers, puzzles, hazards, and mutant “Things”. Layouts shift; death is temporary (mostly). Escape before the elevator timer expires.
  • Profit: earn gold, spend on upgrades — weapons, buffs, limbs, maybe a tail…
