Stream the current full game on Twitch during your confirmed slot. Bring viewers into the nightmare and show your honest experience of playing it. A useful first session:

Set the scene
Introduce Toxic Dream and Tristan's nightmare, then choose your difficulty and begin.
Explore and react
Follow the opening route, investigate something that catches your attention and show how you handle a threat.
Try a choice
When available, test a weapon, ability or build decision and tell viewers what changed.

These are examples to shape the stream. You don't need to finish the game, beat a particular boss, find an ending or unlock Ultimate Nightmare Mode.
Keep your opinions honest and avoid major story spoilers in public highlights.

The campaign

StreamQuest x Reframe Games

Suddenly pulled into a realm of twisted monsters, Tristan is pursued by shadows that feed on anxiety and despair. The only way out is to go deeper into the nightmare.

StreamQuest is recruiting creators for a Halloween Quest around the game's recent remaster and story expansion. Toxic Dream is the remaster of Noxia Somnia, and the October update brings Ultimate Nightmare Mode with remixed and expanded levels, new enemies, abilities and Souls and a post-game story, plus remastered environments, a new lighting system, smoother combat and smarter enemy AI.

That is the wider story of the game. Your first session doesn't need to unlock that mode, reach the post-game content or show every feature.

Every discovery gives your stream another choice: risk a fight, search for a secret, or return stronger with a different build.

Why it streams

Key features

Explore, get cornered, react. Twisted environments hide secrets and powerful items, while stalker enemies make stopping to investigate a risk. Let the tension build as you decide when to hide, run or stand your ground.

Fight back on your terms. Time a dodge, learn an enemy's attack and find an opening. Weapons, equipment, skill choices and Souls let you change your build as you go.

Return with a new way through. Later abilities and items open routes in earlier areas, so one discovery can change where you go next.

Choose the challenge that suits you. Pick a difficulty that fits your channel; no need for a challenge run. Chat can help choose a route or loadout, and a quiet-chat stream works just as well.

Side quests

Bronze: optional. Silver: at least one. Gold: at least two. Side quests count toward your tier and don't add a separate payment. Your accepted Quest confirms the final requirements.

A Nightmare Worth Sharing
Post a gameplay highlight on a public social channel.
Instagram, TikTok and X are encouraged; Bluesky or another public channel counts too. Name Toxic Dream, use #ToxicDream, disclose the sponsorship and tag the official account where there is one: @reframegames on Instagram, @reframe.games on TikTok, @reframegames.bsky.social on Bluesky. Share a separate gameplay highlight in r/ToxicDream.
Join the subreddit, give your post a useful title and a short reaction, disclose the sponsored mission and follow the community's rules. One Reddit post can't count for both this and A Nightmare Worth Sharing.
Send a Signal to Steam
Put the tracked Steam link on your channel and introduce the game.
Add it to a Twitch panel, your stream description or a chat command, and introduce the game naturally on stream. Mention the 30% discount while it is live. There is no purchase or wishlist target.

Dates and access

Proposed streams run 25 October to 7 November 2026; confirm your individual slot before going live. Places are curated, so applying does not confirm a place: your accepted Quest confirms your tier, timing, tasks and access. Selected creators receive their Steam key privately when keys are available. Install and test the game before your stream, and clearly disclose the sponsored Quest.

Viewers and tiers

Apply with at least 300 Twitch followers and 5 average live viewers. CCV means average concurrent viewers during eligible gameplay; installation, breaks and preparation don't count toward your live gameplay time. Bronze needs 5 or more, Silver 15 or more and Gold 50 or more, and Silver and Gold also need the matching StreamQuest tier unlocked on your account. If you are a bigger creator without that tier unlocked yet, contact the mods in the StreamQuest Discord before you stream.

The Halloween sale

Toxic Dream is part of Steam Scream V, 26 October to 2 November, with a developer-confirmed 30% discount planned for that period. Check the live store before saying the discount has started; prices vary by region. The sale is for viewers buying the game, and your reward and campaign key are separate from it.

Languages

English, French, Spanish (Spain and Latin America) and Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal) streams are welcome, from communities across Europe, North America and Latin America. Confirm your broadcast language and availability when you apply.
